Tattooing has been considered an age old practice. It has since garnered followers from all around the world, from all walks of life. It has been considered as another form of art. The artist, Ona Rafa Victor have been tattooing since late 2000’s in Cebu City. All skin ink work here are done by him with strict standard on hygiene and cleanliness.

A few years after, he decided to venture into body piercings. Since it is another form of body beautification, V.I.P strive to do it right every time. And since it also involves the human body, it must again adhere to a strict standard on hygiene and cleanliness.
